After confirming the order, you will be redirected to a secure payment page where you will need to enter the payment details. After successful payment, an electronic receipt with order information and payment details will be sent to the email specified in the payment form.
You can also pay for your order online using the Fast Payment System (FPS) through the Uniteller payment service.
The Fast Payment System is a payment method that allows you to pay for orders through the mobile application of a Bank participating in the FPS.

Your card details are entered on a specially protected payment page. The transmission of information to the Uniteller processing company is carried out using TLS encryption technology. Further transmission of information is carried out through closed banking channels with the highest level of reliability.
Uniteller does not share your card details with the store or any other third parties!
If your card supports 3D Secure technology, to make a payment, you will need to undergo additional user verification with the issuing bank (the bank that issued your card). For this, you will be redirected to the issuing bank's page. The type of verification depends on the bank. Typically, this is an additional password sent via SMS, a variable code card, or other methods.
FPS Transfer Security is ensured at all levels — Participating Banks, the Bank of Russia, and NSPK — using modern protection systems. FPS complies with all information security standards.

T-Bank Security. T-Bank's internet acquiring uses 3D-Secure technology, which enhances payment security. 3D-Secure helps merchants and banks ensure that the cardholder, not a fraudster, is making the purchase.
Usually, the buyer enters the card number, its expiration date, and the CVC2 code on the payment form. With 3D-Secure technology, after entering the card details, the buyer must additionally enter the code sent via SMS. This code is sent by the issuing bank, and the responsibility for sending it lies with the bank.

Refund Policy
Depending on the fare rules of the airlines and other service providers, in the event that a refund is possible, you must contact our staff using any of the convenient methods listed in the "Contacts" section.
The processing time for a refund request is 5 business days.
Refunds are made using the same method as the payment.
FPS refunds are processed instantly through the banking systems.
